Was an absolute honor to be chosen to represent ASU at the National Humanities Center in July 2019. Between creating storymaps with ArcGIS and great presentations on equity and designing significant learning experiences in teams and groups, we were also able to create a wonderful and motivated community of graduate students who are truly passionate about what we do and how it matters.
Could not be more grateful for the experience there, and it has enabled me to be a part of a larger scholarly network that values the fact that academics are humans, too.
